Meep was beginning to wonder how Fins had persuaded her to pose as a mermaid for him. Minimeep wasn't going to hang around in case it happened to her as well...

It's amazing what a pair of high heels does for one's figure. Meep is in the zone. Minimeep has been trying to tell her she's been dancing with a hedgehog attached to her skirt for at least half an hour...

Meep was putting the final flourish on the mural. It was unfortunate that Spotty chose that exact moment to go outside.

Stripey looked out at what was going on in the garden with a certain amount of trepidation. Meep was just a bit concerned about the fact that she hadn't found any berets small enough for the field mice, otherwise they were ready.

Meep was getting miffed now. Spotty had been printing stupid Lino cuts for hours now and wasn't paying any attention to her. 

On being an Artist...

Stripey was a bit miffed. Her mum Ruby had been giving Spotty painting lessons. Now Spotty made her pose for him for hours at a time. Being a Muse wasn't very amusing...

The biggest spotty Easter egg you ever did see !

I suspect the squirrel of engineering this dramatic Easter Egg delivery ! Mrs O'Hare was still feeling a bit queasy from her egg testing yesterday, so was rather looking forward to landing. 

Unhedged !

Stripey wrapped Meep up in a nice blanket once she'd cleaned and bandaged Meep's cuts and grazes. Spotty made a nice cup of tea and little Bun brought over some cup cakes while the field mice said they were very, very sorry. Squirrel was glad to have his climbing gear back. So all's well in Spotty land...for now !

Getting unstuck

Squirrel was keeping a very close eye on his climbing harness. Stripey had borrowed it to pull poor Meep out of the hedge. 

Stuck part 2

Spotty was absolutely furious with the field mice after he pulled the smouldering boots off Meep. Meep herself was still dazed. At least her feet were nice and warm, but she did wonder why Stripey was trying to pull her arms out of their sockets.

Flying through the air with the greatest of ease...

This is what little Bun and the squirrel saw. The field mice lit the fuses and after a bit of sputtering Meep took off and whizzed around the garden like a deflated balloon, landing neatly and forcefully head first in the hedge.

Meep was beginning to wonder if volunteering for this mission had been a good idea. 

A bit too quiet

Meep was bored. Spotty was out with Stripey and the house was awfully quiet now that Minimeep was at school all day. 

Kitten school part 5

Meep had been worried sick all day. She needn't have. Minimeep was so full of her exciting day at school that she could hardly get the words out quickly enough. She chatted all the way home, all through tea and after tea and right until bedtime when she fell asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow. 

Kitten school part 1

Spotty made a nice packed lunch but Minimeep wasn't happy. She thought the school uniform was stupid and she was a bit frightened. 

Minimeep 2

Squirrel tried offering his second best acorn to Minimeep, but was secretly rather pleased when she didn't want it. Minimeep meanwhile, climbed onto Meep's lap and started purring loudly. Little Bun thought she had never seen Meep looking so happy !

Gently does it

Meep was getting very upset. Minimeep kept running away from her.  Little Bun suggested sitting down and waiting to see if Minimeep would come to them.

While Stripey admired Ruby's handbag, (from the Spotty Home and Garden Spring Special edition) Meep only had eyes for Minimeep.
